itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Manufacturer obligations established by regulations are becoming increasingly stringent and complex. That\u2019s why we offer support for homologation-related activities and provide services for:<\/p>\n<h3>ASEP Tests<\/h3>\n<p>The new homologation standards regarding sound levels, both for vehicles and exhaust systems, require manufacturers to conduct a series of preventive tests called ASEP (Additional Sound Emission Provision). DHM is ready to support its customers in meeting this new regulatory requirement.<\/p>\n<h3>Pre-homologation Tests<\/h3>\n<p>Preventive tests aim to verify the actual performance of the product (vehicle or component) in relation to the reference homologation standard before embarking on the homologation process. This results in a reliable and fast result, optimizing time and costs.<\/p>\n<h3>Durability Tests<\/h3>\n<p>Durability tests are mandatory for the homologation of various vehicles and devices, and they are often required to meet quality standards demanded by customers, we can conduct them independently.<\/p>\n<h3>Conformity Tests<\/h3>\n<p>Production conformity is fundamental and the responsibility of the manufacturer of homologated products. We support you in conducting periodic tests to verify conformity, in addition to post-production checks, if necessary, to check what is delivered to the distribution network or during a recall campaign.<\/p>\n<h3>ONE-OFF<\/h3>\n<p>To accumulate know-how and experience, DHM has internally developed a motorcycle, starting from a Euro2 base and reaching compliance with Euro4 pollution limits.<\/p>\n<p>The ECU mapping was carried out exclusively by DHM\u2019s in-house personnel using our data acquisition tools. The exhaust system was also entirely designed and developed by us. Extensive work was done on suspensions and the braking system.<\/p>\n<p>This vehicle has undergone all homologation tests like any mass-produced motorcycle and was approved as a one-off by the Italian Ministry of Transport.<\/p>\n<p>To certify the reliability of the electronic and mechanical development a kilometric accumulation journey of 9300 km in 12 days, through different climate zones, was undertaken in 2015 and the vehicle has accumulated approximately 100,000 km so far without problems.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cross-racer.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.cross-racer.it&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1701373663780000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2w7cjpiPLJgy3reNkIrwee\">www.cross-racer.it<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":4052,"menu_order":3,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.3 -
